8) What is the difference between Preliminary Audit Report and Final Audit Report?
Ans: Preliminary Audit Report – It is intimation of Compliance and Non – Compliances about the vendors. The vendors will be allowed to submit further documents to improve the compliance level percentage.
Final Audit Report – Final report will be generated by the Auditor based on the documents submitted by the vendors / sub vendors after the Preliminary Audit report. The Final Report cannot be modified and No further documents will be entrained after the generation of final report.
9) Any restrictions in file size and particular format to be uploaded in the portal?
Ans: The following formats can be uploaded.
· PDF, Excel, Word, and JPG.
· File Size hold be below 20-MB.
· Name of the file should not include any special characters like (&, -, #, @)
10) What need to be done for the Not Applicable points in the audit check list?
Ans: In the Audit Check list if the particular point is Not Applicable, then the Vendor / Sub Vendor need to select the Not Applicable option from the drop-down box in the Audit portal.
11) How can the Vendor / Sub Vendors contact the Auditor for clarification of doubts?
Ans: Can contact through shared Mail id and Mobile number of the Auditors.
12) What are the Components available under “Audit History”?
Ans: -
- Individual Vendor Report for the particular month
- Current Audit Status
- Full report of the vendor with Auditor observation, Non Compliance Point and Penalty details for the Non Compliance point.
13) If the password lost by the vendor or the password can be reset by the Vendor/Sub Vendor?
Ans: No, for change of password / forgot of password / change of user, the Vendor and Sub Vendor has to contact the Auditor for necessary Modifications.
14) Is the Final Audit Report can be downloaded and printable?
Ans: Yes, The Final Audit Report can be downloaded in PDF / XLS format and can be printable.
15) All the Statutory Documents Can be uploaded in a single sort?
Ans: Yes, All statutory compliance registers can be uploaded in a single step, but each document or register for the particular checkpoint needs to be mapped in one attempt.
